You can return products purchased from us at www.furycry.com within 14 days to the following address:

We only accept items that have not been used. Please ensure that the products show no signs of wear and are in clean condition. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
How to Return Items to Us:
- Email us at info@furycry.com with the item you wish to return and a brief explanation.
- We will then send you a return label, which you can use to send back the item. Please return the item via registered mail. We cannot be held liable for items that do not reach us.
- After we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days. If you used a discount code, only the amount you originally paid will be refunded.
For orders paid via PayPal, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. For payments made by direct debit or credit card, PayPal will issue the refund to the account you used. Refunds may take up to 16 days, which we cannot influence. For issues, please contact PayPal directly.
Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years for products purchased on www.furycry.com and begins upon delivery. Damages caused by natural wear and tear or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
