Terms of service
General Terms
Our general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have placed an order, it is binding. All items offered are generally available for immediate delivery; otherwise, the item will be removed or marked accordingly. Our customer service operates exclusively via email in German and English.
Delivery
Delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free with B-Post. Deliveries to other European countries are not free and are also sent via B-Post. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and delivery to European countries may take up to 15 days.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). We use a currency converter to display local currency, but the checkout displays prices in CHF.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through secure (https) encryption. All common credit cards are accepted.
Product Offer
All information about the goods provided to the customer during the ordering process is non-binding. Changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in descriptions, images, and prices, are reserved.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. Returned goods must show no signs of use or damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Complaints
Complaints about defects or incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.
Liability
The customer assumes liability for returns. We accept no liability for property or personal damage caused by the use of our products or advice. Use of all items is at the customer’s risk. Ljubisav Burmazovic assumes no liability for careless application or consequential damage.
Compensation
Claims for compensation due to errors in images, prices, or texts, or for late or omitted delivery, are strictly excluded. The color of products displayed in the online shop may differ from the actual product color.

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become partially invalid, the remainder of the terms shall remain effective. The parties are required to replace the invalid provisions with a legally valid regulation that approximates the economic and legal meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. Changes to these GTC may be made at any time. The version in force at the time of each order applies. Swiss law exclusively applies, with the place of jurisdiction being Zug.
